No matter where you come from, the important thing is to know where you want to go. This theme is what defines the story told in “South South Dream”, a documentary about Chema Cardenas, a young scooter rider from Mexico who, despite having socioeconomic odds against him, was able to rise the ranks of the professional freestyle scooter industry through his dedication and relationship with PROTO scooters in order to fulfill his dream to become a citizen of the world.
